Expiry date on Personnel qualifications
Put expiry dates on qualifications as per inductions. For example Authorised technician status. These qualifications are only valid for a period of time before they have to be renewed. At present there is a HSE risk that someones qualification could expire and they could take control / device access of an asset they are no longer authorised to work on. When the qualification expires then it is removed from the persons record as per the inductions meaning that they cannot take out a device access as they don't have the qualification needed. In addition to this add another field for working at height and medical qualification / certs again with an expiry date to work the same way.
