Site Access Comments - add to tasks | show in View site access
When site access is attached to a specific task - the comments added to the site access - should be added to the attached task as well - and then show up in the comment section of the view task page. This would help keep track of information gathered when personnel are arriving at or leaving a site.
There should also be a comment section in the view site access page - As of now - the only way to view comments for site access seems to be by editing the access - and only the last comment is visible.

Attach Active Custom Alarms to Tasks
It would be useful to be able to attach active custom alarms to tasks. Some of the alarms that we have created - we would like to associate with a task to signify to the operator that the alarm has been analyzed and categorized. This would be similar to how statuses can be associated with a task.

Comment Widget
It would be very useful to have a single widget that could compile all comments made associated with a site or device. The widget could be configured with "comment signals" Much like widgets are currently configured for device specific signals. A comment widget could compile the comments from Tasks - Site access - Device access - or just site notes and comments. It could possibly function similar to a chat box where users could tag users or groups in their comment to alert them or to follow certain threads or topics. This would help our teams communicate better while also…

User created content rights should be administrated not only by creator (Templates - Custom Dahsboards - etc.)
As currently implemented - user created content such as Report Templates - Custom Dashboards - etc. - can only be administrated (VIEW and EDIT rights) by the creator.
Problems:
team work limited
deleted users creates "zombie" Reports/Dashboards that cannot be administrated by anyone
Suggestions:Users of the Administrators group should always have access to these settings - everywhere
A third right could be added: VIEW/EDIT/ADMINISTRATE and distributed by creator/administrators among users5 votes -
Expiry date on Personnel qualifications
Put expiry dates on qualifications as per inductions. For example Authorised technician status. These qualifications are only valid for a period of time before they have to be renewed. At present there is a HSE risk that someones qualification could expire and they could take control / device access of an asset they are no longer authorised to work on. When the qualification expires then it is removed from the persons record as per the inductions meaning that they cannot take out a device access as they don't have the qualification needed. In addition to this add another field for…

Plan > Task: Improve the filter options (especially "text search")
In the text search you can search for the title or the description. When the string you are searching for is not in one sequenze - the text search don't find the task.
Example:
Task Object:
id = 393
title = 'You are beautiful'
description = 'Hello World'textSearch: 'You beautiful'
No tasks found.textSearch: 'You World'
No tasks found.
nice would be:textSearch: 'You beautiful'
id:393 - title: 'You are beautiful' - description: 'Hello World'textSearch: inTitle:You - inDesc:World
id:393 - title: 'You are beautiful' - description: 'Hello World'
Also it would be nice - if the text search…6 votes -

Electrical Losses/ Electrical Performance Index
Can you please add a calculated Index to the Data Studio to calculate the percentage of loss energy from the internal cable network on the site. It needs to be (Meter Export Energy divided by Virtual Production) – 1 and presented as a percentage? It would fit in the PERFORMANCE group with Performance Index.

Add a Surrendered Option to Device Access Records
I would like to have a surrendered option added to the device access section of Breeze. This can be used when an AWP has been taken out but work is not complete and the technician has surrendered the AWP. This happens when isolations have been left in place. If the device access is surrendered it should not be possible to take another device access out (like when it is in OUT status)

WTSR: See who transferred control of a turbine back in
You can currently see who has created a site access log or transferred a turbine 'Out'. Would it also be possible to show who transfers a turbine back 'in' - and logs site access logs as closed?

Batch import multiple WTSRs from an Excel sheet to Breeze
At present WTSRs can only be added to Breeze one at a time. When adding a long list of WTSRs - this can be a bit time consuming. If there was a way to batch upload them to Breeze (say in the form of an Excel file) it would save time and cut down the frequency of mistakes that that can be made while adding a new WTSR each time.

Upload emergency plans in Breeze
It would be nice if emergency plans could be uploaded as a PDF in Breeze. It should then be able to put that on a dashboard of a wind turbine for example or be able to view it from 'Monitor wind turbine.

Reports/ Power curves - allow to change/fix the scale of the x- and y-axis
x-axis: right now it is scaled automatically accoring to the wind speed data points - i. e. we sometimes have differently scaled power curves in the same report. Instead the x-axis should be fixed (e.g. according to the reference power curve)
y-axis: we would like to show negative power values in order to show stops for some turbine types (e.g. Vestas) - where the power becomes negative if the turbine is stopped.

Status Log: Display Days - Hours and Minutes
I would like Breeze to display durations on status logs / stops in days - hours and minutes. At the moment it rounds it up or down to days which is not a true reflection of the length of the stop and is a misrepresentation.

Data availability for devices
The Data Availability KPI is only available for power generating units. It should be available as a variable in Data Studio / Dashboards / Reports and also available in the alarm rules.

Export Data: Export calculated Power Curves
We would like to export the Power Curves calculated by Breeze under an excel or csv format - with one point per 0.5 m/s for example.
