Export Data: Device Access - Site access and Task Records to Excel
Add the ability to be able to export a list of site access - device access - and task records to excel.
25 votesWe now have endpoints for site access, device access and task records in our API. It is possible to write a little application that uses the API to get this data into Excel. Please see here for more information: https://developer.greenbyte.com/v/2_2-beta#/http/guides/working-with-plan-endpoints

Custom Calculations
Can you add a tool to allow users to do a custom calculation using data already available in Breeze and be able to save them for future use or display in a dashboard widget?

Mass edit option for HSE items
A mass edit or resolve option for HSE items - similar to the mass edit option available in status categorisations - would make editing a large number of items at once much easier!
15 votesThank you for this suggestion. Unfortunately there is no room in the roadmap to develop the solution you proposed. Thanks again for taking the time to write down your idea / vote on this idea. We do appreciate your feedback even though it did not result in a new feature in this particular case.
Kind regards Greenbyte Team

Flagging of user changed categories and default categories of exported data
It would be great if the exported data from Greenbyte would flag statuscodes where the contract category got changed by the user. This flagging could be implemented by exporting another column of data or even better be a new data point in the status item at API level.
Greenbyte by itself already shows this by putting a "(D)" in front of the contract category. However this information is lost when exporting the data.14 votesWe have great new features lined up that we can't wait to share with you. Unfortunately this request is not part of the roadmap.

Interactive Single Line Diagrams
We would like to have an interactive Single Line Diagram - for example showing a red mark if there is a problem somewhere.

Add a new filter button/flag to simplify repetitive filter selection over and over again.
Could you add in on the portfolio view, a UK flag/button we can select to automatically show all uk assets. Currently we have to click "filter", then click "UK", then click "select", then click "all turbines." 4 click task which is repeated multiple times over and over throughout the day.
Portfolio always refreshes to all worldwide assets whenever it reloads the page after saving a status acknowledgement or commenting on a task. If there was a one click method to filter this to UK it would benefit us as its a very repetitive task throughout the day. :)
12 votesThis is a lovely idea, it will not come to fruition this year though. For now we refer to the function to create country specific dashboards for quicker overview of assets per country/area/customer etc.
Kind regards Greenbyte Team

Having the widget "site acces actif" next to the stop code and communication issue alerts
It would be great to have the blue widget, which shows that someone is working at the turbine when an alarm appears in the "UNACKNOWLEDGED STOP CODES" or "UNACKNOWLEDGED COMMUNICATION ISSUES"
We can see that in the column on the left side of the monitor.
When technicians are working on the turbine they, most oft he time, stop the tubrine and/or disconnect the communication. Some minutes after appears a new issue in the UNACKNOWLEDGED STOP CODES or in UNACKNOWLEDGED COMMUNICATION ISSUES11 votesWe have great new features lined up that we can't wait to share with you. As already e-mailed a couple of months ago, using a normal sorting consecutively in the side bar would cover for the use case here.

Plan Task | New filters
Maybe is a good idea to add the following filters to the Plan Tasks view in order to reduce the time resolving and looking for old/unused tasks.
Filter 1:
Tasks with Non Active status code/event.Filter 2:
Tasks with Site access/without site access. We these 2 filters and with the time interval, we can be able to only show up tasks with the following conditions that we are looking to close:
• Category: Repair
• State: Unresolved
• Filter 1: Non active events
• Time intervals: (it will be nice if these options are also available)

Curtailment verification feature
A large proportion of curtailments are not correctly implemented in the turbines. Making sure turbines are curtailed at the right time and right environmental conditions is very important, but also difficult and time consuming.
It can be vital as in extreme cases permits can be revoked for failure to comply with the conditions of the permit.
It would be great to automatize this process. The idea would be to check the actual curtailment (from turbine statuses) against a predefined schedule (time of year, of week, of day, could be sunrise/sunset too) + conditions on signals (can be wind speed, wind…10 votesWe have great new features lined up that we can't wait to share with you. Contractual maintenance hours
Contractual agreements may define a fixed number of hours of scheduled maintenance as Available. It seems this is not supported by Greenbyte yet. Please add.

Mobile app: Possibility to log/unlog a site access using the app
Most important for companies without 24h remote operation center - where the on-call service (stand-by service) does not always has access to a PC with browser.

Tasks: The number of unresolved Tasks is extremely high and time consuming for us to close them and keep it clean.
Our proposal is the possibility to set up a background process that resolves the tasks of a specific category automatically when they were not connected to any Active Status Event for more than a certain period of time (e.g. 30 days).

Add shadow calendar to specific turbines
To be able to create alerts when a shadow stop is not corresponding with the shadow calendar
8 votesThanks for your feedback, Casper. This is an interesting idea, but since it’s not in line with our current strategy, I’m going to archive it for consideration if our long-term plans change.

Selection of the target availability as a line in the availability graph (e.g. 97%)
In the settings of a turbine a target availability can be given. Currently it is not possible to show the target availability in the graph with system and contractual availability.
8 votesHi,
This is already supported in Greenbyte.
In an Analyze>WindFarm dashboard, add an "Average over Time" widget.
Select an availability signal and then the Config "Analyze Availability".
The Target availability will show up as a line in the graph.

Monitor -> Map: Include windy.com layer in the map
Would be a nice feature to see regional wind speeds and forecasts directly in Breeze.

Selecting an asset group in user permissions
In the user permissions field it would be helpful to be able to select an asset group. This would get rid of the need to change each single user setting every time that there are changes in the portfolio, instead only change the asset group once for all its users.

Start/stop: More intelligent control of turbines based on external parameters
Make the start/stop feature intelligent. Stop turbines based on status of other turbines. Start/ stop turbines based on potential power - windspeed - … Power control of turbines

Collaborative Library of alarms to be set up
It would be very useful to have a collaborative library of alarms set up by Breeze users - so we can "copy" the alarms other users are using.

Lost production per status code
We would like to see the breakdown of lost production per alarm code.

Make comment boxes larger for device access and site access
Make comment boxes larger for device access and site access. This would help us having to frequently adjusting the comment box size.
