Pop-up to show full text when css text-overflow is used
In a widget, when a device name doesn't fit in the column width, the text gets trimmed with "..." suffix.
It would be great if we could have a pop-up showing the full text in case of mouse over.

ROC: Blue 'Site Access' Icon beside Wind Farm name
On the ROC screen - a blue 'Site Access' icon should appear beside the wind farm name if people are booked on site. This makes it easy in control centre environment to know at a glance if there are people on site (e.g. at the end of the day). Currently the blue icon only appears beside the turbine/devices if someone is booked onto that specifically (e.g. you cancannont tell if someone carrying out a general site survey or inspection is still on site or not).
