Harmonize date/time selectors throughout the system
There are inconsistencies in both the options for quick time selectors (Last 7 days - Last week - etc.) as well as the label used for date/time fields (time span - time interval - during - etc.). Also - in some places you are given a single calendar to select both the start and end date - and in others these are separate calendars.
We would like to harmonize the date/time selectors throughout the system to make them consistent.
Proposed quick selections
All time
Last year
This year
Last month
This month
Last week
This week
Last 7 days
Yesterday
Today
Custom interval
Field labels
Depending on the context - date/time selectors will have one of these three labels:
Start/End
Timespan
Date

Having time selector options for "Last week", "Last month", "Last quarter" and "Last year" would be beneficial to have across the platform.
In addition, it would be useful to have a time selection composition like the following:
Year
2023
2022
2021
...Quarter
Q1 / 2023
Q2 / 2023
Q3 / 2023
...Month
January 2023
February 2023
March 2023
...Week
W1 / 2023
W2 / 2023
W3 / 2023
...The above could be included in the selection composition of the attached screen capture.

I recommend additional quick selections: "From year start to previous month end", "Last 15 days" and "Last 30 days"

User custom defined periods would be a very usefull/necessary feature in addition to hard coded ones.
"Custom period 1 title"> Drop down menu with year selection
"Custom period 2 title"> Drop down menu with year selection
"Custom period 3 title"> Drop down menu with year selectionFor example, to display a specific fiscal year, we could select "Fiscal Year / 20##". "Fiscal Year" would correspond to an oct-sep period starting year 20##.
An other example would be "2st Quarter / 20##" that would correspond to an apr-jun period.
Etc.
