Allow for widgets to "connect" across columns in dashboards with two or three columns.
Widgets in separate columns may be meant to be viewed side by side. It would be convenient to force 2 widgets in separate columns to always populate with the top of the widget starting in line with a corresponding widget in an adjacent column. Attached are two screenshots in an attempt the illiustrate the issue. In one screenshot (Even Widgets.jpg) all widgets are minimized and you can see each widget has a corresponding widget in the adjacent collumn. These are in-line when the widgets are all minimized but once they are expanded, the widgets are no longer aligned via the adjacent collumns. This can be seen in the alternate screenshot (Off Widgets.jpg). The widgets become staggered due to the varying sizes of the widgets within each column.
