Create active status events
It is sometimes necessary to create active status events in GEC, normally during periods of no communications. Although this is not an option when creating status events, there was a work-around that has recently been disabled. As a result we now have to contact the support team to create active status events.
Having this functionality as an option would improve our internal reporting and also reduce the number of requests sent to Greenbyte support team.

Considering the current architecture of the system, this is not possible to achieve. We will look into it and determine if we could consider something on these lines for the future.
