Curtailment verification feature
A large proportion of curtailments are not correctly implemented in the turbines. Making sure turbines are curtailed at the right time and right environmental conditions is very important, but also difficult and time consuming.
It can be vital as in extreme cases permits can be revoked for failure to comply with the conditions of the permit.
It would be great to automatize this process. The idea would be to check the actual curtailment (from turbine statuses) against a predefined schedule (time of year, of week, of day, could be sunrise/sunset too) + conditions on signals (can be wind speed, wind direction, light intensity if available in SCADA...)
Curtailment can be partial (noise...) or total (shadow, bat...).
Bat curtailment example: turbine stopped during the period from 15 July to 15 September, between 1 hour before sunset and 1 hour after sunrise, when wind speed are below a given number.
Checks can be presented in a graphical from in a widget, highlighting the deviations, could be also included in reports. An alert system with periodical checks would be great too.
We have great new features lined up that we can't wait to share with you. Unfortunately this request is not part of the roadmap.

For instance, one way to do this would be an analysis on the power curves: a feature could be added on the power curves to show whether are not they comply with their theoretical power curve, based on the environmenal conditions
