select work party leader AT/CT in separate tab from the rest of the work party
working under WTSR we need the ability to reduce human error as far as possible to prevent HSE incidents occurring we need a feature that lets us select the work party leader then selected the correct Documentation for use AWP/ROP before then selected the rest of the work party-
Reason being if you accidentally select the wrong person or multiple people before selected the documentation then the system in its current from does not differentiate between who the party leader and leaves open the ability to give control to a technician using documentation He/She is not authorized to use which then has the potential of inexperienced techs to work on parts of the system they shouldn’t be working on accidents and incidents to occur. this part of TOC needs to be bullet proof and in its current form is not.
