HSE observations tick box so that operational can click each observation confirming it is read out
a feature so that when the OC is reading out Hazard observations or operational restrictions there is a tick box to acknowledge each obeservation individually creating accountability and confirmation that all observations are read out by the OC this will eliminate observations being missed and read out to the technicians/persons entering site and making the work place as safe as possible to all reducing human error factor t of the OC to 0

Hi Magnus and Tudor, this looks to be partly implemented when will it be completed?
Currently the boxes are there to tick but we can still save the record even if they are not tickets. These tick-boxes should be mandatory fields that have to be ticked in order to move to the next stage.
This is safety critical to ensure all hazard observations are communicated and confirmed.
Can you look please? And give feedback.

Good morning, I see this feature is added already, Is it possible for the functionality of this feature to be changed slighlty. For it to work to its full potential the completion of the log on/TOC should not be possible until all OR's are read and boxes ticked this will reduce the potential for OR's to be missed and not read out by the OC. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
