Login issues
I am required to input log in details both on the mobile app and on the online version far more frequently than I used to. This has resulted in a lot of people within my company not using the greenbyte platform any longer.
On the mobile app it is almost every time I log in.
Can this be amended?

Great news! This has been massively improved in the Greenbyte Mobile Apps, to require re-login much more seldom and also pre-filling the user name field.
