Group Emailing
Want we want to do with Breeze is to set up notifications for when a task is made for a specific wind site - to have it send an email to a group of people. These groups are large - as many as 25-30 recipients. There is currently no way to do this (as far as i can see) - and to have to add each individual to each notification by selecting them in the drop-down box on "Create a Task" is extremely tedious and inefficient. Again - these are large groups of emails. You have a "Organizations" menu in which we can create a company or group name - but it only allows a couple contacts to be entered and the text box in which you enter them is not at all big enough or user friendly if you want to add multiple address to a group. Attached is a pic of what we would be looking for - along with the ability to add non-Greenbyte accounts in which to send notifications.

We have great new features lined up for this year that we can’t wait to share with you. Unfortunately this request is not part of the roadmap.
