Personnel: Add the ability to search for personnel with different filters
I would like to be able to search for personnel by site induction - ie all persons inducted at Wind Farm A. Or search for all persons with Authorised Technician status at Wind Farm A etc.

This would be indeed usefull, same functionality as you have in Administration/Users

Add a search option in the " Personnel" tab to allow fast searching when adding new qualifications or updating site inductions.
