I think this feauture request was misunderstand.
When logging of site technicians from the site sometime a task is ressolved but a new task should be opened.
Let say troubleshooting downtime turbine --> root cause found, turbine back operational with adjusted settings ---> old task define root cause closed ----> new task to ressolve root cause with follow-up actions
This would be handy to do this directly when you are communicating with the technicians logging of. They inform you if follow-up actions are required. When you have to do this under different section this is time consuming and a risk to forget items
