Connecting alerts to tasks (acknowledging and commenting)
For monitoring purposes it would be of great benefit to be able to ackonowledge and connect alerts with corresponding tasks. Alerts can come and disappear with a different scheme than statuses if the conditions are met. This would make it possible to have task comments appear at the status codes and the corresponding alerts at the same time. This would increase the overview about situations we want to be aware of.

Display comment for tasks in report section
When generating a report and including a custom section regarding "Tasks", one can add a column named "Comments". Currently that only adds a small symbol in that column (see attached image) but would it instead be possible for the text to be displayed in the column?

Having the ability to lock certain statuses belonging to long standing issues
Having the ability to lock certain statuses belonging to long standing issues for example: Turbines stopped for Gearbox replacement- if the PLC sends a new error status to Scada and Breeze task will vanish along with comment. Having a lock status option would prevent such issues

Monthly target availability
We often have seasonal budget availability profiles based on known scheduled maintenance or outages. It would be good to be able to input monthly target availabilities into Greenbyte.

Plan - Site Access - Customizable dashboard
Hi, it would be very useful to have in "Site Access" a customizable dashboard that would allow the users to add (or remove) any column that they would find relevant (irrelevant). For instance, to be able to add in the main table, a column with the comments related to the site intervention (so that by just one look on the table, we can have an overview of what's happening on several power plants).
Thanks

Site activity: show primary comment when hovering over a specific site access
At the moment, when you over the personel, you see a pop-up appearing with the names of all registered persons on that windturbine. It would safe us a lot of time if you can also see the reason of the activity (primary comment) when you hover over the site access

Show windpark/wind turbine/device name in website title
In our operations we often have multiple Greenbyte tabs open in Chrome. It would be very beneficial if the name of page would contain the name of the item you have opened so you can go to the page you want directly instead of checking them one by one.
For example;
Greenbyte - Wind Farms >>> Greenbyte - WindparkName
Greenbyte - Devices >>> Greenbyte - DeviceName
etc. etc.2 votesThanks for your feedback, this is a great request. It’s open for voting from other users.

Add turbine "title" in the data.json
In order to obtain "turbine title" in addition to "turbine Id" directly from same json please add the "turbine title" in the data.json.
For instance I am gathering data with data request and always need to make a second request to have the "turbine title" which is not present in data.json and more useful than turbine ID for final utilisation.5 votes -
The Breeze app and missing wind direction
For turbines that don't provide wind direction, please use nacelle direction in the app instead so you can show from where the wind is coming.
You already do this in your web version.5 votes -
Permanently save filtered turbines in dashboard view
We have a bunch of turbines, where we only save site accesses and device accesses. We are not meant to monitor these sites.
I tried to filter the turbines in the dashboard that we need to monitor. However, every time you reload the dashboard, the filtered turbines get reset to "All".
To avoid having all turbines on our dashboard, it makes it necessary to edit every single widget and to filter turbines that we don't want to monitor.
We do have several widgets and it would make it easier to have the possibility to filter all at the same time.

Export Data - Export energy budgets other than the "default" one
In Export Data, I can select the Default Budget signal. However, other budgets that I have created in the platform are not available in that section. It would be good to have them like any other signal.

Add expand/collapse button in the "active status events" dashboard widget to be able to edit main status (which has often already ended)
The problem is that the main status is often already ended and other status hide behind the the main one. This often happens during longer "order by authority" stopps, which seems be externally controlled, however often there is an additional new and active stopp behing.
It would be very helpful for daily monitoring to have all statuses expandable in the active status events widget. This would make it possible to view the statuses within the group and to edit all the "active status events" which have updated active statuses.
Attached you will find a graphical example of not active main…

Display active status/alerts in the Remote Operations Portfolio Overview
It would be very useful if you could see the turbine status when hovering over the alert symbols on the Remote Operations > Portfolio Overview page. E.g lack of wind, turbine fault status, site accesses etc

30 minute resolution data, this would match how revenue meter data is supplied
I want to see 30 minute resolution data, this would match how revenue meter data is supplied and could be compared directly against SCADA for anomalies
4 votesIn the meantime, you can plot SCADA data on 15-min resolution and compare to 30-min meter data. Alternatively, you can aggregate meter data to 1-hour and compare to 1-hr aggregations of SCADA data.

Make it possible to use the Manufacturer Potential Power signal in the potential power cascade
In some cases (e.g. grid curtailment where the site has an export constraint) the existing potential power methods in Greenbyte provided significantly over-estimated figures for Lost Production.
The manufacturer potential power signal often provides accurate potential power readings during periods of curtailment. If it were possible to make this part of the potential power cascade, users would be able to get more accurate lost production to curtailment figures.

Make it easier to keep the status event start end end e-mails apart
E-mail notifications are in plain text at the start and the end of a status event.
The header is the same in both cases, which is not comfortable. The first word of the header of the second email, when the status is resolved, should be "RESOLVED" or something similar.
In that way one would easily differentiate between an initial status event an the end of this event.3 votes
